You don't always use / able to utilize the whole pipe but it'll be useful when you do need the burst bandwidth

how many burst traffic needed for a normal household

and what is the percentage that they need that burst

if less then 1 percent it is just waste of resources

what is the risk if that burst is not available

it doesn’t justify the cost
