現況是要處理無網路環境的挑戰。

目前硬體已經湊齊了，雖然缺2個1k電阻，程式撰寫中。

挑戰來自於環境的限制，可以視為app的備案，因為不是所有場合都能使用網路以及感染管制政策無法使用手機，例如重新佈署新版本時，要將手機回到IT手上的消毒程序，明顯比換掉一張SD卡片的門檻高。

• Thanks to @undefined and @undefined, @formosacowboy, we added support for self-paid vaccinations for *the majority* of hospitals in Taiwan.

• Thanks to Dakota Pekerti, we added translation support for landing page content in Bahasa Indonesia.

• Thanks to <@U0220QFML0K>, the entire site is now translated in Tagalog.

• Thanks to <@U010BSFAWUA>, we have translated the vaccine criteria into English and it is now available at https://www.vaxx.tw/criteria

• The government has now closed the self-paid vaccination program, so we have turned off data from self-paid vaccines. We are now focused on scraping government-paid vaccines.

• The site is now available over HTTPS via a certificate from LetsEncrypt.

• We increased the speed by which we get data from hospitals by 5x, thanks to async python.

<mwstory> Hey everybody, the covid situation is reminding me of the UK in March 2020 and I'm seeing some of the same worrying stuff happening:

• A lot of efforts being made to clean surfaces or outdoor areas (very few documented cases of transmission this way) rather than trying to help people avoid breathing in the virus, by ventilating indoor spaces or moving activities outdoors. Cleaning surfaces isn't harmful but people may wrongly think it's safe to sit near others and eat if the room has been cleaned (this happened in the UK)

• Government officials worrying about being too aggressive responding to the virus and losing popular support (the way the population have begun staying home shows that people are very willing to take action if it means keeping the virus out)

If there's one thing that the UK government completely got wrong in 2020, it's thinking that if they were aggressive in responding to the virus that the population would reject their measures- but people *do not* want their relatives dying of a disease and will accept and welcome *almost any* extreme aggressive measure to contain it. Any sense that you need to "move slowly" to avoid upsetting people was a mistake- moving fast and aggress

Moving slowly and being gentle at the start just means longer and more extreme measures later on if the virus spreads

I'd like to help here in Taiwan- I was involved in the UK government response to the virus and I don't want this lovely country to go through what my home country did. Happy to share any experience that may be helpful
